While Heather spends most of her time at Colby these days, she is also no stranger to the restaurant business. From General Managing one of Burlington Vermont's most historic pubs, to switching coasts to join the team at La Boulangerie in San Francisco's Cole Valley, Heather has earned her stripes in front of house management, and continues to share her gift of  hospitality with each and every guest who walks though our doors here at the inn.
