Waterfront Dining

Striking the balance between upscale and casual, our lake & lodge inspired  menus offer refined tavern fare in our hunt-themed Main Lodge Diningroom, our cozy pub, The Drunken Duck, and outdoors on the Boat Lawn in the summer months.

Though we're famous for our 12-Hour Roast Duck and Boatside Dinner Service on iconic "Golden Pond," our locally focussed cuisine showcasing Maine's best farmers and producers,
is also a hallmark of Executive Chef, Colby Weeks' lakefront kitchen.

For "Dock & Dine" dinner service on
the boat, please be sure to call ahead to inquire about dock and boatside service availability.
Boatside dinner service is available when possible and on a first come first serve basis.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept online requests. Reservations must be made over the phone through the front desk @ (207) 495-3553.

Restaurant Info

The Village Inn on Golden Pond,
first opened it's doors in the roaring
20's as an upscale sportsman's hotel
that catered to rugged travelers in search of  Northwoods adventure.

That same rusticly inspired spirit and appreciation for authentic detail provide the backdrop for our Camp & Cottage Rooms, and offer just the right mix of refined character and rural country charm, perfectly suited to our natural settings in central Maine's renouned Lake Region.

Our centenial sportsman's inn features six handsomely appointed Cottage Rooms, two Two-Bedroom Camp Quarters, a swimming dock, our famous onsite restaurant, lakefront lawns and Adirondack chaises to take
in the waterfront views.

Relax amidst the pine studded shores
of the Belgrade Lakes, take a mailboat tour of Great Pond, shop the farmer's market or stroll the village green for evening concerts & craft fairs. And for the active traveler, the unparalleled Belgrade Lakes Golf Club and magestic Kennebec Highlands trails are just
minutes from the inn.
